By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Preview release

Moss-Live is a browser experience powered by the MOSS Live model API. MOSS is the model provider; Moss-Live operates this website. This preview offers a limited voice call for signed-in users, subject to daily limits and availability. Stripe processes paid subscriptions and credit packs. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions are charged upfront each year and allocate credits each month. Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly allowance; pack credits do not expire. Connected call time costs one credit for each started six-second block, including listening time. Single-call limits are 20 minutes for Starter and packs, 45 minutes for Pro, and 90 minutes for Max. Cancel subscriptions from account billing settings to stop further renewals. AI responses may be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.

Model tools and shared credits

All model tools use the same account credit balance. Current rates are shown on each model page before submission: TTS Flash costs 4 credits per 1,000 characters; TTS Pro and dialogue synthesis cost 6; voice design costs 8. Text charges are calculated on the submitted spoken text and rounded up to a whole credit. Transcription costs 1 credit per started minute, or 2 with speaker labels, based on the server-verified uploaded duration. Image Base costs 4 credits per image and Image SFT costs 6. Visual understanding, when available, costs 2 credits per image request or 6 per video request up to 60 seconds. Realtime visual understanding, when available, costs 1 credit per started 12 seconds. Live voice rates and existing subscription prices remain as described above.

Credits are reserved when a generation task is accepted. A failed task restores the reserved credits to their original grants, with the original expiration dates. Changing or closing the browser tab does not cancel a submitted task. Do not repeatedly submit while a task is processing; check your recent creations first. Result links may expire, so download files promptly. Beta models may become unavailable; disabled models do not accept paid generation requests. You must hold the necessary rights and consent for all text, audio and images you submit, and must not use generated voices to impersonate or deceive others.
