Moss-Live voice preview

Moss-Live uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 to serve the website and store account and session data. Necessary authentication and language preference cookies are used. Stripe processes payments and billing information on its hosted checkout pages. We store order, subscription and credit ledger records to provide paid access. Google sign-in shares your basic profile and email with us when you choose that method.

When you start a voice call, microphone audio is transmitted through our server to the MOSS Live API operated by MOSS (mosi.cn) to produce speech and transcripts. We do not store call audio or transcripts in our application database. Live captions remain in your browser tab. End the call to stop microphone capture and close the model connection. The model provider processes this audio according to its own policies; do not share sensitive information in a preview call.

To limit abuse, we store daily preview markers derived from a salted hash of your user ID and IP address. These markers do not contain the original address. You can manage account information from account settings.

AI creation tools and uploaded files

When you use speech synthesis, voice design, transcription, image generation or visual understanding, your text and uploaded media are sent through our server to MOSS for processing. We store your generation prompt, selected settings, credit charge, task status and generated text or result links in your account task history. These records are accessible only to your account and authorized service administration. This differs from live voice calls, whose audio and captions are not saved in our application database.

Uploads are limited to 10 MB. Audio uploads can be up to 10 minutes; video inputs can be up to 60 seconds. Uploaded file references can be used by the uploading account for 24 hours. This reference window does not mean the provider deletes the underlying file after 24 hours. MOSS processes and retains submitted media under its own policies. Provider-hosted result links can expire; download results you wish to keep. Contact us through account support for requests concerning stored tasks or uploaded media.

The visual camera tool, when available, sends camera frames only during an active session and does not capture microphone audio. Ending the session stops camera capture and closes the model connection. Beta model availability is displayed before use.
